Refund Policy

We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after placing your order to request a refund. This period is from the date the order was placed and accepted, not the package’s ship date nor the date the package is received. Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipping. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method only. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

No items received are eligible to be returned. Since our items are supplements and perishable, they cannot be returned. Items sent back to us will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, seal is broken or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
